Global Equity Alliance helped me see and understand hard money lending, when no one else did. All of the lenders I came across and even tried 3 different lenders in Chicago does no more than 65% so that really comes as no surprise. I did run the comps and I did see the 188k comp within 1/3rd of a mile and yes the ones I was betting on were 1/2 mile - to - a mile...so this was going to be a risk because appraisers always go the conservative route.
